VARIETY

Native varieties the base of our wines. 




Albillo Real

It is the earliest ripening variety in Madrid. Small clusters, golden at maturity. White fruit aromas (pear, pineapple, melon).

Moscatel de grano menudo

Early ripening. Small, very compact, cylindrical bunch. The wines produced often have some alcohol content and good acidity, which gives them a special complexity. High aromatic level and good acidity. Floral and fruity aromas (citrus, apricot).

Garnacha

Late maturing. Grenache strains are erect, with conical clusters of medium size, usually compact. Red fruit aromas (strawberries, cherries, blackberries).
