WE CREATE
4.800 bottles of 0,75 cl.

“The G2 is that special union between granite soils, vineyards in height, centuries-old Garnacha vines and a subtle elaboration to show the landscape of our land. A light, fresh, balanced wine. Elegant.”
HARVEST
Manual harvest in perforated boxes. Weight per box between 15 and 18 kilos. Classification of clusters in the vineyard itself and at the selection table.
VINIFICATION
Vinification in steel tank. Partial destemming of grapes and fermentation with native yeasts. Long maceration without seeking a great extraction. Comebacks and soft bazuqueos. Once the fermentation is finished, it remains in tank for the time determined by the vintage. Pressed in pneumatic press. Separation of press wine based on tasting.
AGEING
In 500 liter French oak barrels for at least 12 months. The length of aging is determined by weekly tastings that are complemented by technical analysis.

The way of cultivation in all our vineyards is the Traditional Agriculture of the region.
No type of systemic product is used for pests. Occasionally, if the year is very rainy, the only pest that can develop is powdery mildew, which is combated with powdered sulfur. As has been done historically. Other pests are not observed in the area. In 2021, a single preventive treatment was applied at the beginning of sprouting.
The fertilizers are organic with a mixture of manure from different animals.
Pruning is entirely manual. The pruning remains are crushed and left in the vineyard to increase the texture of the soil.
In 2021 the yield per hectare was 1,600 kilograms. This gives us a yield of 940 grams/strain.
VIEW
Cherry red wine of great liveliness, with light violet hues in a thin layer. It is clean and shiny, with a medium layer. When shaking the glass it shows an abundant alcoholic tear that stains the glass.
AROMAS
Notes of red fruits, cherries, stewed strawberries, well assembled with the contribution of the barrel in the form of spicy nuances of vanilla, cinnamon and some black pepper.
TASTE
Sweet entry into the mouth with soft and well-polished tannins. The correct degree of acidity provides the liveliness and freshness of the wine.
