DISCOVER
THE VINEYARD
We start the visit in the vineyard, where we talk about the location, altitude and orientation of the plots, the local grape varieties and how we work with traditional and organic viticulture. You’ll see the tasks we carry out throughout the year and how we decide the perfect moment for harvest.
WINEMAKING
We then head to the winery to follow the grape’s journey. We explain what happens when the grapes arrive at the winery, what equipment we use and how we select the fruit. We visit the winemaking area and the ageing cellar to show you how our wines are born and refined.
THE TASTING
We continue with the tasting, during which you will taste wines directly from tanks and barrels and discover their characteristics, aromas and colours at each stage of the process.
Finally, you will taste the bottled wines accompanied by several tapas. It is the best way to understand how wines evolve from their youth to the bottle you uncork at home.

We run visits every day except Sundays and Mondays, in the morning and always by prior reservation.

Approximate duration of the visit: 2 hours 30 minutes (vineyard, winery and tasting).

Parking
Free parking next to the bullring, just a few metres from the restaurant.
Transfer to the winery
Access to the winery is via a dirt track. If you prefer not to drive up in your own vehicle, we can take you in ours; please let us know when making your booking.
Public transport from Madrid
Bus line 551 Madrid – San Martín de Valdeiglesias (approximate journey time 1 h 15 min). The stop is next to the bullring; ValleYglesias Restaurant is directly opposite. From there we provide the transfer to the winery in our own vehicles.

EL VYAJE DEL VYNO
“The Origin: From the Vineyard to the Glass.” A journey that connects our land with the final result. We begin in our centennial vineyard to understand the influence of the granitic soil on the character of our wines, followed by a walk through the winery, where tradition and the winemaking process come to life.
The Tasting: Discover 2 wines currently in process (from tank and barrel) and enjoy our bottled A2 (Albillo Real) and G2 (Garnacha de Gredos). Accompanied by a selection of local products.
Duration: 2.5 hours.

PREMIUM
“The Singularity of Our Parcels.” An experience focused on the potential of the most specific zones of our estate. After exploring the work in the cellar, we focus on the personality of the vineyards that give life to our most complex expressions.
The Tasting: We will analyze 2 wines in the aging phase, culminating in an exclusive tasting of La Pájara and Garnacha Rock. Paired with a gourmet cocktail specially designed to complement these wines.
Duration: 2.5 hours.

WINEMAKER´S TOUR
“ValleYglesias in the First Person.” A complete immersion guided by Fernando Ocaña. This is not a standard tour; it is a session on viticulture and winemaking where the granitic soil and the climate of the Sierra de Gredos set the pace. A no-frills look at the reality of our winery.
The Tasting: Technical access to tanks and barrels. The visit culminates in a select gourmet pairing covering our entire range, with a focus on our iconic wines: La Pájara and Garnacha Rock. A direct, unfiltered look at our working process.
Duration: 3 hours.
