No type of systemic product is used for pests. Occasionally, if the year is very rainy, the only pest that can develop is powdery mildew, which is combated with powdered sulfur. As has been done historically. Other pests are not observed in the area. In 2021, a single preventive treatment was applied at the beginning of sprouting.<\/p>\n

The fertilizers are organic with a mixture of manure from different animals.<\/p>\n

Pruning is entirely manual. The pruning remains are crushed and left in the vineyard to increase the texture of the soil.<\/p>\n

In 2021, the yield per hectare was 1,600 kilograms.
